រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ៖ នាល្ងាចថ្ងៃទី ១៦ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ឯកឧត្តម សុខ ពុទ្ធិវុធ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍និងទូរគមនាគមន៍ បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំពិគ្រោះយោបល់ស្តីពីសេចក្តីព្រាងធម្មនុញ្ញថ្នាលសិក្សាឌីជីថលសាធារណៈ (Public Digital Learning Platform Charter) ក្រោមគម្រោង Gateway ដែលរៀបចំដោយអង្គការ UNESCO និង UNICEF តាមរយៈប្រព័ន្ធវីដេអូសន្និសីទ។ កិច្ចប្រជុំពិគ្រោះយោបល់នេះ ក៏មានការចូលរួមពីប្រទេសដែលជាសមាជិកដើម្បីចូលរួមផ្តល់យោបល់ ដើម្បីជួយកែលម្អ និងពង្រឹងឯកសារនេះឱ្យកាន់តែប្រសើរ ដែលជាឯកសារស្តង់ដារបទដ្ឋានដំបូងគេបង្អស់។

Phnom Penh: H.E. Sok Puthyvuth, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, attended an online consultation meeting on the draft of the Public Digital Learning Platform Charter under the Gateway Initiatives, organized by UNESCO and UNICEF. The consultation meeting was also attended by representatives from member countries, who shared their inputs and recommendations to refine and strengthen this first-of-its-kind normative document.
