Sok Puthyvuth, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC), led a meeting to discuss the School Connectivity Project (Giga), which seeks to advance ICT infrastructure and connectivity for schools. The meeting was attended by His Excellency, ladies and gentlemen, leaders, officials from the MPTC, and representatives from telecom operators and held at the headquarters of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications.
